FENWAY'S FIRST TEAM

October 13, 1912 ... No game scheduled.  The Royal Rooters marched from Grand Central Station to the Elks Club at 42^nd Street.  300 members marched waving Red Sox flags, and without the band or singing.  Occasionally a cheer was heard from the sidewalks, and answered by the Rooters in fine manner.  They may be less boisterous but are just as supportive of Stahl’s boy and promise to be well in form during tomorrow’s game.  Mayor Fitzgerald could not accompany the Rooters but was there at South Station when they departed.
